Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Section 1: Chapter 7 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is 2hereby amended by inserting in Section 22N, after the words “October 1” 3 Not withstanding any provision to the contrary childcare and school age programs 4contracting with the the Department of Early Education and Care shall be exempt from the price 5limitations set forth by the bureau.
