| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 12 of chapter 156C, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking subsection |

| 32 | 32 | | 2(d) of paragraph (9) and inserting in place thereof the following: |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 The fee for the filing of the certificate of organization required by subsection (a) shall be |

| 34 | 34 | | 4five hundred dollars. The fee for the filing of the annual report required by subsection (c) shall be |

| 35 | 35 | | 5two hundred and fifty dollars for any such limited liability company with a single member; or |

| 36 | 36 | | 6five hundred dollars for any other such limited liability company. Such fees shall be paid to the |
