| 27 | 27 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 9 of Chapter 6C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking subsection (e) and inserting in place thereof the |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 3following subsection:- |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4 (e) The director shall submit to the inspector general, for inclusion in the annual report |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5required by section 12 of chapter 12A, a report of the unit's activities for the preceding calendar |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6year, including, but not limited to, findings referred to the inspector general for investigation. |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7The inspector general shall submit the annual report to the joint committee on transportation on |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 8or before April 30 of each year. The secretary shall make the annual report and all such reports |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 9from previous years available on the department's website. |

| 38 | 38 | | 10 SECTION 2. Section 72 of Chapter 22C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby |
