An Act for all licensees for beer to be drunk on the premises must list the alcohol by volume for
each beer selection on the menu.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 138 Alcoholic Liquors at the end of section 78 add the following as section 79.
