| 30 | 30 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general provisions or special laws to the contrary, |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 2nonprofit organizations shall provide the following to relevant state agencies upon the |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 3submission of an application for state grant funding: |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 4 (1) A financial statement containing a full accounting of any existing endowment |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 5belonging to the nonprofit. |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 6 (2) A comprehensive listing of any and all foreign donors and the amount of money, |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 7goods and/or services donated to that organization within the last 5 years. 2 of 2 |

| 39 | 39 | | 8 (3) A statement disclosing contracts with the Commonwealth for goods and/or services |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 9rendered. |

| 41 | 41 | | 10 (4) A statement disclosing existing business contracts between the Commonwealth and |
