An Act relative to the uniform procurement act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. The first sentence of section 1, subsection (e) of chapter 30B of the General
2Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word
3“parties” the following words:- or governmental body
