An Act relative to municipal lighting plants.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 58B of chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the
2word “steam”, in line 8, the following words:- , telecommunication services, including internet.
