An Act relative to Mass Save reporting.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 22 of Chapter 179 of the Acts of 2022 is hereby amended by inserting in
2subsection d the following:
3 This report shall include a list of aggregate energy efficiency services provided through
4the Mass Save program, organized by municipality and zip code. This report must be available to
5municipalities within one year.
