|---|
| 33 | 33 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 34 | 34 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 13T of chapter 23A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 2official edition, is hereby amended, at the end thereof, by inserting the following subsection:- |

| 36 | 36 | | 3 (f) Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the fund shall not be |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 4subject to a charge for indirect costs or fringe benefit costs by the comptroller pursuant to section |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 55D of chapter 29. |
