| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 8 of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 An applicant for a license or renewal thereof may provide the registrar with a statement |

| 34 | 34 | | 4of such person’s blood type to be printed upon a REAL-ID-compliant license or a Massachusetts |

| 35 | 35 | | 5license. The registrar shall make provision for an applicant or licensee who so chooses to list |
