The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to parking enforcement. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 20A1/2 of chapter 90, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is 2hereby amended by striking out in lines 81 to 83, inclusive, the words "$50, if paid within 21 3days, nor shall it exceed $55, if paid thereafter, but before the parking clerk reports to the 4registrar, as provided below and shall not exceed $75" and inserting in place thereof the 5following:- $100, if paid within 21 days, nor shall it exceed $110, if paid thereafter, but before 6the parking clerk reports to the registrar, as provided below and shall not exceed $150. 7 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage
