| 33 | 33 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the highway |

| 34 | 34 | | 2division of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall shall erect and maintain a |

| 35 | 35 | | 3suitable marker on Route 3N and Route 3S designating the Town of Marshfield as the home of |

| 36 | 36 | | 4Senator Daniel Webster and Governor Edward Winslow. Said marker shall be in compliance |
