| 28 | 28 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 30 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after |

| 29 | 29 | | 2section 62I the following section:- |

| 31 | 31 | | 4 All buildings and developments that require an Environmental Impact Report and will |

| 32 | 32 | | 5generate 1,000 or more daily trips or result in the construction of 300 or more new more parking |

| 33 | 33 | | 6spaces shall be required to join and participate in the local Transportation Management |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 7Association (TMA) if there is a TMA serving the municipality. Membership must be ongoing |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 8and in good standing while the building or development is occupied. |
