| 33 | 33 | | 3128, from the City of Peabody to the City of Gloucester. The completed study includes the |

| 34 | 34 | | 4traffic patterns along the corridor, improvements and or reconstruction of interchanges, upgrades |

| 35 | 35 | | 5to the acceleration and deceleration lanes. A report of the implementation plan shall include a |

| 36 | 36 | | 6proposed start date and date of completion. The result is to be delivered to the Joint Committee |
