An Act relative to the Hall-Whitaker Bridge.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any agency of
2the commonwealth that receives an application from the Department of Transportation relating to
3the construction and/or replacement of the Hall-Whitaker Bridge, located in the city of Beverly,
4must render a decision on such application within sixty days of the receipt of the application.
5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
