28 | 28 | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any agency of | |
29 | 29 | 2the commonwealth that receives an application from the Department of Transportation relating to | |
30 | 30 | 3the construction and/or replacement of the Hall-Whitaker Bridge, located in the city of Beverly, | |
31 | 31 | 4must render a decision on such application within sixty days of the receipt of the application. | |
32 | 32 | 5 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
