An Act updating bicycle fines.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 11B of chapter 85 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition,
2is hereby amended by striking out, in line 1110, the words “twenty dollars” and inserting
3following :- the penalty a motor vehicle driver would be fined for the same traffic violation.
