An Act relative to obstructed views while driving.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 13 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- The existence of 
31 or more small items hanging from the rearview mirror of a motor vehicle in operation shall not 
4in itself constitute a violation of this section.
