An Act relative to veterans' services benefits held in trust.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 3(b) of Chapter 115, of the General Laws, is hereby amended by 
2striking out section (e) in its entirety.
