| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 33 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out Section |

| 32 | 32 | | 288B, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following |

| 34 | 34 | | 4 Section 88B. The Commonwealth shall reimburse or pay a Massachusetts National |

| 35 | 35 | | 5Guardsman’s monthly premium in the Serviceman's Group Life Insurance Program administered |

| 36 | 36 | | 6by the Veterans Administration or an equivalent group life insurance program of the |

| 37 | 37 | | 7serviceman’s choosing, provided that the reimbursement or premium payment shall not exceed |

| 38 | 38 | | 850 per cent of the monthly premium cost of Serviceman's Group Life Insurance. The |

| 39 | 39 | | 9Massachusetts National Guard State Sponsored Life Insurance Program is recognized as an |
