2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2727 of the same, as follows:
2828 1 SECTION X. Section 1 of chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016
2929 2Official Edition, is hereby amended in paragraph 4 after the word “Massachusetts” by adding the
3030 3following:-
3131 4 ; or (f) is an actively serving member of the Army or Air Force National Guard who
3232 5resides in Massachusetts or an actively servicing member of the Reserve component residing in
3333 6Massachusetts.
