2626 An Act relative to soldiers' home eligibility for certain national guard members.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 Section 1 of Chapter 115A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official
3030 2Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “section two,” the following words:-
3131 3 “or (c) any person who meets the requirements of the Massachusetts National Guard state
3232 4retired list, as defined in section 31 of chapter 33, notwithstanding any general law or special law
3333 5to the contrary”
