An Act enhancing burial expenses for veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Section 8 of Chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the word “$4,000” and inserting in
3place thereof the following word: - $8,000.
4 SECTION 2. Section 8 of Chapter 115 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
5Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word “$5,000” and inserting in
6place thereof the following word: - $9,000.
