An Act relative to treating veterans under the pension laws.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding section 9A of chapter 30 of the General Laws, or any other general or 
2special law to the contrary, the rights afforded to a veteran, under said section 9A of said chapter 
330, shall also be afforded to any such veteran who holds a position of justice of the supreme 
4judicial court, justice of the appeals court or justice of the trial court as so provided in Chapter III 
5of Part the Second of the Constitution who has held that office or position for not less than 10 
6years.
