| 29 | 29 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 115 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after |

| 32 | 32 | | 2section 9 the following section:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 SECTION 9A. The commission of veteran’s service shall furnish upon request |

| 34 | 34 | | 4headstones for deceased member of the Massachusetts National Guard who served 10 years or |

| 35 | 35 | | 5more or for those who have perished while performing their duties while in service of the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6Massachusetts National Guard. Such headstones shall be similar to those furnished by the U.S. |
