2727 An Act relative to requiring insurance providers cover a minimum of 30 days for in-patient

2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 SECTION 1. Section 17N of chapter 32A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020
3232 2Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 23, the figure “14” and inserting in
3333 3place thereof the following figure:- 30.
3434 4 SECTION 2. Section 10H of chapter 118E of the General Laws, as so appearing, is
3535 5hereby amended by striking out, in line 46, the figure “14” and inserting in place thereof the
3636 6following figure:- 30.
3737 7 SECTION 3. Section 47GG of chapter 175 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is
