| 28 | 28 | of the same, as follows: | |
| 29 | 29 | 1 Chapter 221C of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- | |
| 30 | 30 | 2 Section 8. Any foreign language document offered by a party in a proceeding shall be | |
| 31 | 31 | 3accompanied by an English language translation and a certification signed by the translator that | |
| 32 | 32 | 4shall be printed legibly or typed. Such certification shall include a statement that the translator is | |
| 33 | 33 | 5competent to translate the document, and that the translation is true and accurate translation to | |
| 34 | 34 | 6the best of the translator's abilities. |
