2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority

2929 1 Subsection (d) of section 39M of chapter 119 of the General Laws, as appearing in the
3030 22020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word “may” and inserting in place
3131 3thereof the following word:- shall.
