| 35 | 35 | | 2of patients to inpatient psychiatric hospitals directly from community behavioral health centers. |

| 36 | 36 | | 3The study shall examine the feasibility of incentivizing inpatient psychiatric hospitals to admit |

| 37 | 37 | | 4patients directly from community behavioral health centers. |

| 38 | 38 | | 5 SECTION 2. The department of public health shall file a report, including its findings on |

| 39 | 39 | | 6the feasibility of offering incentives to inpatient psychiatric hospitals that admit patients directly |

| 40 | 40 | | 7from community behavioral health centers and any recommendations on the implementation of |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | 8such incentives, with the clerks of the house of representatives and the senate and the joint |
|---|
