Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 Chapter 38 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby 2amended by inserting after section 2A the following section:- 3 Section 2B. In the case of a death of a child under the age of 2, the chief medical 4examiner shall review and approve: (i) the findings and report of the medical examiner 5performing the autopsy to determine the cause of death; and (ii) any change to the autopsy 6report.
