An Act directing the Worcester Regional Retirement System to grant creditable service to 
Nelson Burlingame.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the 
2Worcester Regional Retirement System shall credit Nelson Burlingame, a member of the 
3Worcester Regional Retirement System, with creditable service for the period of January 1,1974 
4to December 31, 1985, inclusive, for the purpose of determining his superannuation retirement 
5allowance pursuant to paragraph (a) of subdivision (2) of section 5 of chapter 32 of the General 
6Laws. Mr. Burlingame has already remitted the appropriate contributions and interest to the 
7Worcester Regional Retirement System to receive credit for this service.
