An Act further regulating the withdrawal of local subscribers from commission.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Subsection (e) of section 19 of chapter 32B of the General Laws, as
2appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 158 and 159,
3the words “December 1” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- March 1.
4 SECTION 2. Subsection (a) of section 23 of said chapter 32B of the General Laws, as so
5appearing, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 7, the words “December 1” and inserting in
6place thereof the following words:- March 1.
