| 29 | 29 | | 1 Section 58 of Chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, |

| 30 | 30 | | 2is hereby amended by inserting after subsection 9 the following: |

| 31 | 31 | | 3 10. The giving of aid or care of sick, injured, debilitated and orphaned wildlife by a |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 4trained wildlife rehabilitator, as permitted by the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife in |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 5accordance with 321 CMR 2.13. Permitted wildlife rehabilitators shall enter into a signed |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 6written agreement with a veterinarian subject to written approval by the Division of Fisheries and |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 7Wildlife which shall outline the specific procedures, services, responsibilities, and limitations of |

| 36 | 36 | | 8the wildlife rehabilitator. |
