An Act relative formalizing Title V and Watershed regulations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 13 of chapter 21A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition,
2is hereby amended by inserting after the first paragraph the following paragraph:-
3 The commissioner of the department of environmental protection shall provide for
4variances from the requirements of the state environmental code to municipalities with a
5comprehensive wastewater management plan in effect that has been approved by the department
6of environmental protection.
