| 30 | 30 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 1 of chapter 51 of the General Laws or any other |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | 2general or special law, rule or regulation to the contrary, any individual aged 17 years old |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 3residing in the town of Southborough, who is ineligible to vote due to age under state law, but |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 4who is otherwise eligible to vote under state law, may upon application have their name entered |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 5on a list of voters. Such individuals on the list of voters may vote in any election for municipal |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 6offices and municipal ballot questions in accordance with this act. |

| 38 | 38 | | 7 SECTION 2. The town of Southborough may pass ordinances to implement this act, |

| 39 | 39 | | 8subject to the charter of the town of Southborough. |

| 40 | 40 | | 9 SECTION 3. Nothing in this act shall be construed to confer upon voters in the town of |
