2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 138 Subsection (a) of section 33, as appearing in the 2020 Official
3030 2Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 20 through 22, inclusive, the sentence: “no
3131 3licensee under section 15 shall sell or deliver any alcoholic beverages on the last Monday in May
3232 4before 12:00 noon, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas day.”
