| 24 | 24 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 32 of the General Laws or any other general or |

| 25 | 25 | | 2special law to the contrary, the Norfolk county retirement board shall credit Cynthia Falzone, a |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | 3member of the Norfolk county retirement system, with 2.68 years of creditable service for school |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | 4district employment, which includes work in Bristol county from 1997 to 2000 and Norfolk |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | 5county during the 2002–2003 academic school year. |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | 6 SECTION 2. Eligibility for this creditable service shall be conditioned upon payment by |
|---|
| 30 | 30 | | 7Cynthia Falzone to the Norfolk county retirement system, in an amount equal to that which |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | 8would have been withheld as regular deductions from her regular compensation for such |
|---|
| 32 | 32 | | 9previous service plus buyback interest, in one lump sum or installments, as the Norfolk county |

| 33 | 33 | | 10retirement board shall prescribe. |
