2828 An Act authorizing the town of Holliston to continue the employment of Mark Dellicker as
2929 deputy fire chief until a maximum age of 70.
3030 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3131 of the same, as follows:
3232 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Mark Dellicker,
3333 2a call firefighter in the town of Holliston, may continue to serve in the capacity of on-call deputy
3434 3fire chief until the age of 70 or the date of his retirement or non-reappointment by the select
3535 4board, whichever occurs first; provided, however, that no deductions shall be made from the
3636 5regular compensation of Mark Dellicker under chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service
3737 6performed subsequent to his reaching the age of 65 in connection with his services to the town
3838 7for retirement or pension purposes.
