| 32 | 32 | | 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Mark Dellicker, |

| 33 | 33 | | 2a call firefighter in the town of Holliston, may continue to serve in the capacity of on-call deputy |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 3fire chief until the age of 70 or the date of his retirement or non-reappointment by the select |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 4board, whichever occurs first; provided, however, that no deductions shall be made from the |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 5regular compensation of Mark Dellicker under chapter 32 of the General Laws for any service |

| 37 | 37 | | 6performed subsequent to his reaching the age of 65 in connection with his services to the town |
