An Act reducing filing fees for LLCs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 12 of chapter 156C of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2020 Official
2Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in lines 43 and 44, the words "five hundred dollars"
3and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $250.
