2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Section 17 of chapter 23N of the General Laws, inserted by section 5 of
3030 2chapter 173 of the acts of 2022, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “45” and inserting
3131 3in place thereof the following figure:- 35.
3232 4 SECTION 2. Said section 17 of said chapter 23N, as so inserted, is hereby further
3333 5amended by adding the following clause:-
3434 6 (6) 10 per cent to the Behavioral Health Outreach, Access and Support Trust Fund
3535 7established in section 2GGGGG of chapter 29.
