| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Section 17 of chapter 23N of the General Laws, inserted by section 5 of |

| 30 | 30 | | 2chapter 173 of the acts of 2022, is hereby amended by striking out the figure “45” and inserting |

| 31 | 31 | | 3in place thereof the following figure:- 35. |

| 32 | 32 | | 4 SECTION 2. Said section 17 of said chapter 23N, as so inserted, is hereby further |
