[Local Approval Received.] The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Third General Court (2023-2024) _______________ An Act relative to changing the term of the elected office of moderator for the town of Stoneham. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Section 14 of chapter 26 of the acts of 1981, as amended by section 4 of 2chapter 296 of the acts of 1994, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 21, the term “2 3yrs.” and inserting in place thereof the term “3 yrs." 4 SECTION 2. The act shall take effect upon its passage.
