29	29	An Act authorizing the town of Nantucket to convey certain land situated in the town of
30	30	Nantucket held for open space, recreational or conservation purposes to the Nantucket Islands
31	31	Land Bank for the purposes pursuant to its legislation.
32	32	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
33	33	of the same, as follows:
34	34	1 Section 1. Pursuant to Article 97 of the Amendments to the Constitution of the
35	35	2Commonwealth of Massachusetts and notwithstanding the provisions of any general or special
36	36	3law to the contrary, the Town of Nantucket may transfer, sell, convey or otherwise dispose of all
37	37	4or portions of certain parcels of land situated in the Town of Nantucket to the Nantucket Islands
38	38	5Land Bank for the purposes pursuant to its enabling legislation, and described as follows:

56	56	23conveyance or dedication of a parcel or parcels of Town-owned land for purposes pursuant to
57	57	24Article 97, all as shown on a map filed with the Office of the Town Clerk.
58	58	25 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
