2929 An Act to allow the Wrentham Board of Selectmen to increase the number of alcohol licenses for
3030 on-premises consumption for the town of Wrentham by 7.
3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3232 of the same, as follows:
3333 1 SECTION 1: Notwithstanding section 17 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, the local
3434 2licensing authority of the town of Wrentham may grant an additional seven (7) licenses for the
3535 3sale of all alcoholic beverages to be consumed on the premises.
3636 4 SECTION 2. That the General Court may make clerical or editorial changes of form only
3737 5to the bill, unless the Board of Selectmen approve amendments to the bill before enactment by
3838 6the General Court, and provided further that the Board of Selectmen is hereby authorized to
3939 7approve amendments which shall be within the scope of the general public objectives of this
4040 8petition.
4141 9 SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
