| 29 | 29 | | Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to |

| 30 | 30 | | honor the memory of Trooper Tamara A. Bucci, therefore it is hereby declared to be an |

| 31 | 31 | | emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience. |

| 32 | 32 | | Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority |
|---|
| 33 | 33 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 34 | 34 | | 1 SECTION 1. The overpass identified by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation |

| 35 | 35 | | 2as bridge number S27006 on Route 28 located in the town of Stoneham shall be designated and |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 3known as the State Trooper Tamar A. Bucci Memorial Bridge in honor of Massachusetts State |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 4Trooper Tamar A. Bucci. The division of highways in the Massachusetts Department of |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | 5Transportation shall erect and maintain suitable markers bearing that designation in compliance |
|---|
| 39 | 39 | | 6with the standards of the division. |
|---|
| 40 | 40 | | 7 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
