| 29 | 29 | | 1 SECTION 1. Subsection (p) of section 3 of Chapter 40G is hereby amended by adding |

| 32 | 32 | | 4businesses or businesses with boards composed of not less than 50 per cent minority members. |

| 33 | 33 | | 5 SECTION 2. Subsection (29) of Section 3 of Chapter 23G is hereby amended by adding |
