2626 An Act relative to state grants targeting minority communities.
2727 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
2828 of the same, as follows:
2929 1 SECTION 1. Subsection (p) of section 3 of Chapter 40G is hereby amended by adding
3030 2the following:-
3131 3 ; provided, further, that not less than 30 per cent of recipients be minority-owned
3232 4businesses or businesses with boards composed of not less than 50 per cent minority members.
3333 5 SECTION 2. Subsection (29) of Section 3 of Chapter 23G is hereby amended by adding
3434 6the following:-
3535 7 ; provided, further, that not less than 30 per cent of recipients be minority-owned
3636 8businesses or businesses with boards composed of not less than 50 per cent minority members.
3737 9 SECTION 3. Subsection (22) of Section 4 of Chapter 23I is hereby amended by adding
