31 | 31 | 1 Section 1. The position of deputy fire chief in the town of Chelmsford shall be exempt | |
32 | 32 | 2from chapter 31 of the General Laws. | |
33 | 33 | 3 Section 2. Section 1 shall not impair the civil service status of any person holding the | |
34 | 34 | 4position of deputy fire chief in the town on the effective date of this act. | |
35 | 35 | 5 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage. |
