2727 An Act exempting the position of deputy fire chief of the town of Chelmsford from the civil

2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
3030 of the same, as follows:
3131 1 Section 1. The position of deputy fire chief in the town of Chelmsford shall be exempt
3232 2from chapter 31 of the General Laws.
3333 3 Section 2. Section 1 shall not impair the civil service status of any person holding the
3434 4position of deputy fire chief in the town on the effective date of this act.
3535 5 Section 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
