| 30 | 30 | | of the same, as follows: |

| 31 | 31 | | 1 Section 59 of chapter 131 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, |

| 32 | 32 | | 2is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:- |

| 33 | 33 | | 3 No person shall discharge a firearm, hunt or in any manner molest or destroy any bird or |
|---|
| 34 | 34 | | 4mammal on the property owned by the department of correction located at 28A Union turnpike |
|---|
| 35 | 35 | | 5in the town of Concord. In addition to any other fine or penalty or other enforcement of this |
|---|
| 36 | 36 | | 6section, any violation of this paragraph shall be punishable by the loss of use of license to carry |
|---|
| 37 | 37 | | 7firearms pursuant to section 131 of chapter 140 of the General Laws. |
