An Act relative to eligibility for veteran license plates.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 2. Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby 
2amended by inserting after the word “eye”, in line 184, the following words:- , has been 
3determined to have a service connected disability rating of 60 percent and by reason of service in 
4the armed forces of the United States suffers from a mental disability.
