Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 2. Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby 2amended by inserting after the word “eye”, in line 184, the following words:- , has been 3determined to have a service connected disability rating of 60 percent and by reason of service in 4the armed forces of the United States suffers from a mental disability.
