30	30	An Act relative to the provision of health insurance for eligible employees and retirees in the
31	31	town of Worthington.
32	32	Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
33	33	of the same, as follows:
34	34	1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the actions of
35	35	2the town of Worthington and its Selectboard in offering health insurance coverage to town
36	36	3employees, in accordance with G.L. c. 32B, are hereby validated, ratified, and confirmed, as if
37	37	4the Town had properly voted to approve the question set forth in section 7A of said chapter 32B,
38	38	5in accordance with law. The town may continue to provide such insurance and benefits under
39	39	6said chapter 32B as if the voters of the town had properly approved the question set forth in said
40	40	7section 7A of said chapter 32B; provided, however, that such actions are otherwise taken in
41	41	8accordance with said chapter 32B.
42	42	9 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon passage.
