An Act repealing the prohibition of the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority from
locating a facility within a certain distance of the Arlington Catholic High School.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 SECTION 1. Chapter 439 of the acts of 1976 is hereby repealed.
2 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
